Which game i must play ?

I love open-world and RPG games,especially fallout 3 and new vegas and dragon age too .Should i buy the witcher or mass effect 2/3 ? or maybe other suggestions.be honest i haven't following news about games lately.

and what is new in fallout 3 game of the year edition than its original ? my dvd was lost long time ago ,i wanna play fallout 3 again

i already played skyrim and stalker .i don't like skyrim tough.the side quest kinda boring
