Which graphic card would you recomend?

Hello, here are my specs:
Micro: C2D E7500 2.93Ghz
Mobo: Intel DG41RQ
RAM: 3Gb Kingston (creo que 800mhz)
Monitor: 18.5' Samsung (Res: 1366x768)
I am looking for something that's lower than $190

If you can wait a month or two, you may be able to get a 5850 after the price drops. Otherwise, the 5770 is about $150...superclocked

5750/5770 if you plan to get a bigger monitor in the near future.

4850 if you're not. More than enugh for your resolution.
