Which graphics card is better?(Nvidia VS ATI laptop)

I have the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3870 in my laptop. Is the Nvidia Geforce GT 335M with 1GB better or worse? I know it is for smaller notebooks but mine is 1.5 years old.
