Out of your list, the 7600 GT edges out the 8400 GS. Not sure the difference between a 8400 GS and a standard 8400 though.
Not sure where the 9400's rate either - they're not listed on the chart. Might have come out later.
EDIT - the 9400's have 16 stream processors... I can't find any listed for the other cards you have there.
I think maybe the 9400 cards are your best bet. But your games are gonna chug along with all 4 of those cards your listed unless you REALLY turn down the settings to minimum - and even then you're pushing it.
They were all pretty much low budget cards at their release. I wouldn't recommend buying any of these. They seem like hardware that would come with a "Desktop Gaming Value" package from HP or Dell, only marginally better than integrated graphics.
If you're on a budget, I'd look for a 9600 GT card.
I think Best Buy sells them for around $130. (If you don't like shopping online)
They're not great, but you can get decent performance out of them by tweaking your graphics settings to mid-range or maybe lower.
However, if you CAN shop online, then you can get some better cards for around $150.
But I don't know your budget or your shopping limitaitons. Walk-in retail stores tend to mark up everything really high.
My friend was tyring to sell me a 9500 GS, and I'm pretty sure that card can't even be bought outside of an HP desktop.Yeh could be worse you could get a Nvidia 7300LE ^^

That was my last card until I got my new monitor that demands 1680 x 1050 resolutions. Even World of Warcraft would only run at 22fps with settings maxed at that resolution. But yeah, If you're looking just to be able to play most modern games, you'll need at least a 9600 gt or greater. I wouldn't even bother spending a dime on anything less. Please dont suggest another, as the only shop i trust has only these cards, and i dont e-shop:

I'd find a new shop to trust if they are only going to sell you outdated parts. As everyone else has already stated, none of those cards are worth upgrading to unless your current card has died and you want a cheap replacement. How much are they charging?

If WoW was only running at 22FPS, how on earth can I run Crysis on high @1440x1050 ( i think) on a 4670 1Gb?One of my Old Desktops came with a 7300LE in it. But now i have a Nvidia Geforce 260GTX that i got from overlockers for 150£ to replace my Broken 8800GTX. Didn't really whana spend 400£ on a Top of the line Card i just wanted somthing that was Slightly better and what was cheap ^^
the budget card is the 4770 good sir it beats the 9600gt and 8800gt for that matter and cost less then a 100$ comes close to 4850 performance when oc.If you're on a budget, I'd look for a 9600 GT card.

If its gaming you wanna do none of these card will allow you to do so ( at least new games).
If you are short on money and want to do gaming on pc save a bit more and get an Ati 4670 for about $70 ( the difference between the 9400 which is the most powerfull of those you listed and the 4670 is huge to say the least) or an nvidia 9600gt for about 80-90 ( usually been 10-30% faster than the 4670). But if you can afford $100-110 you can get Ati 4770 ( great card for gaming even at 1920x1200 with most games) or the equivalent nvidia 9800gt ( if you are an nvidia fan ) although the 9800gt is about 0-10%slower
