which GTX 570 to choose Gigabyte or MSI?

I want to buy a GTX 570 and I am thinking about any of this two:

The price difference is 41 euros, being the Gigabyte the most expensive one.

If it were me, I'd got for the Gigabyte for the custom cooler. You would want measure your case to make sure it can fit that card, though.
