the 3870hasthe most power but the 4670 is newer and will play forth coming games for longer and the 9600gt mmmmmmmmm choose between the 4670 or 3870 i would

Lol Actually the 9600GT it's easily the better card... I would get a 9800GT or a HD4830 though.

3870 got 775mhz cpu and 2.25mhz ddr4 256 bit

info 3d 9600gt got 650mhzcpu1600mhz ddr3 256 bit

specs wise the 3870 is more power full dont now what benchmarks are for these two are tho

Lol you don't know much about graphics cards do you...? There are much more to a graphics card, like stream processors, etc. And the HD3870 it's very bad with AA.

Well first off, go by facts rather then opinons(which is what pretty much all but sordidus replies were). The 9600 is supiror to the 3870, and the 3870 is better then the 4670.

So basicly. 9600 > 3870 > 4670. Just because a gpu is of a newer line(i.e. the 4670) doesnt make it supiror automaticly. For benchs, aka proof, http://www.tomshardware.com/charts/gaming-graphics-charts-q3-2008/Sum-of-FPS-Benchmarks-Totals,795.html

the 9600GT is the better card

i'd get something more powerful if you can afford it though. like some sort of 9800 instead. depends on how much of an issue power consumption is.
