Warhammer 40k - Dawn of War Series
By the way, a nice overview of LAN games can be found via http://www.lanbooster.net. There you can use different filters to search a games database and you surely find a suitable LAN game for your next party.
The entire "Age of" series supports LAN, including the original Age of Empires and its expansion, Rise of Rome. In fact, even the demos for AoE and RoR support LAN, and still work today. Why haven't anyone mentioned AoE series!? :o
Actually AoE3 + Exp's is a great game or LAN game, but Empire Earths r good too.

I don't seem to remember if AoE2 is LAN supported too? AoE1 isn't :S
SupCom games tend to last for ages though, far too long to be good for a regular LAN also not everybody will be able to run it. Starcraft Tiberium Sun World in Conflict (assuming everyone can run it properly) RA2 GeneralsDont forget Supreme Commander.

Oh Sup Com games do go for quite a while, but at the LANs i have gone to its usually gaming nonstop with plenty of time to kill, so there are epic matches to be had. Otherwise it runs well - as long as its patched, same with Forged Alliance.Dont forget Supreme Commander.
