I haven't played any of them, but from what I've read, Lair of the Shadow Broker is the best.

Lair of the Shadow Broker is the best by far. Overlord is pretty decent as well.

Overlord was fantastic and Shadow Broker is a great story, but I gotta be honest... I absolutely loved the SMG i got from Kasumi's DLC.

Thought I would take this opportunity to say that there is new DLC coming out for Mass Effect 2. It's called Arrival and it is apparently going to have a heavy impact on the story and is meant to bridge the gap between Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3. So far this week Bioware has been releasing screenshots of the DLC, here are the links :-

http://masseffect.bioware.com/media/screenshots/

The first four pictures in that gallery are the new screenshots related to the Arrival DLC.

You can read more about it here :-

http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/103/index/6128586

There is no news on a release date (rumour says 29/03/2011) and no info on the price.

Lair of the Shadow Broker was the only one that was well worth it for me. Maybe because I've had so much invested into Liara since Mass Effect 1, so it was more engaging. I didn't really care for any of the other DLC's.

The one I think that adds the most to the main story of ME2 is Overlord. It helps flesh out Cerberus which was good because I never understood why everyone hated them. However Lair of the Shadow Broker is fantastic, very fun to play, interesting, and does progress a side story quite well.

Lair of the Shadowbroker,

Overlord,

Kasumi - Stolen Memory,

the alt appearance packs and various weapon packs,

in that order for me, if you can get everything and play the game as a complete set it is even sweeter.
