coh: of: if you're buying this, it probably means you own - and love - company of heroes, so i think you should definitely be buying this
world in conflict: a great rts, but do you really want two active rts games? i find rts games, unless utterly contrary in styl.e or content, do not tend to compliment eachother very well - i'd put it on the maybe list
vegas: i'm an oldschool rainbow six fan, and i'm elitist about it - but i found vegas surprisingly good, the gunplay is tense and the action is high... the cover mechanic works well, and there's a profound sense of danger and lethality as you engage enemies - it's surprisingly good, and i would definitely recommend it
bioshock: a very meh game as far as i'm concerned, the visuals are astounding, but everything else is consolised and i rarely found it fun - the gunplay isn't very good, the ai is generic, the story is directly ripped from system shcok 2 (and is nowhere near as well executed) and the character development, if you can call it that, is extremely basic and forces no real decisions from the player - it is a good game, it's just that it's terrible compared with how good it should have been - maybe pile
definitely buy OF, definitely buy vegas - as for wic and bioshock, that's really up to you - personally, i'd say neither... grab yourself a copy of system shock 2 (legally or otherwise - it's not easy to find), it's far better than bioshock... and wic, well, if you have friends who play, then it's probably worth it - otherwise, i don't consider it essential, especially if you already have another rts on the go
