Mostly need opinion regarding their video cards, would I be able to run upcoming games with these laptops and at what levels? Also which one would you recommend? My sister is also looking for a laptop but shes only concern with the design of the laptop skin so can anyone recommend me some place for nice designs? Thanks in advance!

Those laptops won't do you any good for gaming. They might run some very basic games, but don't expect to play any big name games with those graphics cards. The second one has integrated graphics.

http://www.newegg.com/Store/SubCategory.aspx?SubCategory=32&name=Laptops-Notebooks

I would suggest looking aroung on that website for a good laptop. If you want to play the latest games on it then look for one that has an nVidia 8600 or better graphics card or an equivelent ATI card(I don't know much about the new ATI cards)

Oooh I thought I would at least be able to run new releases on low settings, looks like D3 is out of the question. I'm from Canada sonewegg isn't available to me and my budget into University isn't that great either. So should I just go with the first one? Its the only ones I know of on sale at the moment, I'll be able to run some of the older games at least right?

Well actually the first one has integrated graphics too, but look at this and it should tell you more about playing games on it.

That actually helped a lot, thanks! I'm honestly quite satisfied of the results for what I plan to do. But for overall performance I assume the computer with the 7150M is superior to the second computer, even if we're just comparing the video cards alone?

Well if you're from Canada try something like this Asus. If you go any cheaper than that don't even bother trying to game.
