i have bf2 and its pretty fun, just connecting to servers turns me off cuz it takes so darn long, ive played the demo of 2142 and it semmed fun, but didnt make me want to buy it right away, i might get it once i get a new pc
bf2... but yea takes to long to connect to server... what the hel is it verifying? i mean i fianlly buy a real game and its plauged with these anti pirate stuff, it really slows it down.
I probably like BF2's overall balance and actual skill with handling weapons, but I really like how BF2142 loads quicker and connects to servers in a jiffy.
Between the vast number of unlocks and entertaining game modes IÂ would almostbe willing to give 2142 the nod, but their flying vehicles totally blow. The transport feels like you're flying a giant brick, and the gunship feels like you're flying a slightly faster brick. They could have done much much much better, and the inclusion of an actual jet type vehicle wouldn't have hurt either.
