Which one is better??

I would like to know which laptop do you guys think is better (especially the graphics card):

First laptop:

Intel core i5-2410m

NVIDIA GT 540m

4GB RAM

Or

Second laptop:

Intel core i5-480m

ATI Mobility Radeon 5650

4GB RAM

PS Can I expect the better one to run most modern games at Medium at least?

If the rez is like 768p or lower then yeah I think you can play most modern games on medium with decent framerates.
