I have a crap computer, and I play... Fortress Forever MineCraft RuneScape (with all the changes, might as well call it an 08 release) Xonotic Quake Live TF2 Super Meat Boy Off the top of my head.
Depends on how crap your pc is. If its not total crap pretty much any source game, and the total war games run fairly well on crap

Ah yes, all Source games run on crap computers as well. CSS, DoDS (MOAR NEED TO PLAY THIS!), TF2, and Portal should run well on any crap computer by today's standards. I know mine does.
Call of Duty series has been known for having low system requirements (at least compared to games like Battlefield series). I can easily run Modern Warfare 3 with little or no trouble at all on high settings.

Then I guess you have a computer with obsolete hardware in it. It's time for you to upgrade.

If you can't run cod, you pretty much can't run many games then. Outside of older stuff, maybe source games and some causual stuff
