Just click on the multiplayer tab and check the filters and such, than click on a server and join it. Don't forget choose the internet connection your using in options I think.Vilot_Hero

when you install it, two icons should appear on your desktop...click on the one that says "Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer"

once its running, go to the options, pick a name for yourself, go to Join Game, bring up the server list, find a game mode you like with a low ping and an amount of players that suits you, double click, and enjoy
