Well I want to get a new set of RAM for my PC, but which one should I get.

This one runs stock @ 2.1 volts but its the SLI edition. Also the timing is 5-4-4-15

document.write(neg_specification_newline('5-5-5-18'));This one runs stock @ 2.0 volts and according to newegg is used in high performance apps. The timing is 5-5-5-18

Also, I'm running 2x1 gigs of DDR2 800 already in the system @ 888MHZ. Is it safe to leave them there and run these in slots 3&4

(Ive got 64bit Vista so I won't have a problem with the OS recognizing the RAM)

why not just 2 more sticks of the same RAM you have now? 4gb should be plenty.

Because the RAM that I have now is sold already, I can get rid of it for 50 bucks and buy this ram for ~62 bucks after the rebate. 12 bucks for 2 gigs of ram more than I already have, that will perform better than what I have as well. The second question was just for giggles.

Also, wouldn't 2 more 1 gig sticks need a boost on the voltage? I've only got a 450 Watt PSU running an overclocked Q6600 and an overclocked 8600GT, so I figured this wouldn't hurt as much as 2 more 1 gig sticks.

Don't think having more ram would tax your power supply much at all. As long as you're certain that your oc is stable, you're fine.

If those are DDR2's, then those timings are a bit slow, I think. My pair of DDR2-800's are timed at 4-4-4-12@2.2V.
