Which shooter has the best multiplayer?

wolfenstein: Enemy Territory or FEAR Combat. Both are multiplayer games and they are FREE!

battlefield series is my favourite, bf2 or bf2142. unreal tournaments were good also. but you should really try FEAR Combat cos it's free.

well why did you say so? Counter-Strike Source has good online and a lot of servers. Battlefield 2 yes but punkbuster is a ***** 

NOLF 2 had an awesome multiplayer mode, but it won't be easy to find anyone actually playing it anymore.

What could be more fun than a deathmatch mode involving snowmobiles, katanas, bana peels, exploding kittens, bear traps and incendiary-bullet firing AK47's? Or just playing an excellent FPS (NOLF2) in co-op?

CSS, plenty of people and if you get board all you have to do is go play on a modded server (and there are plenty of those)

Wait a few months and you can get Team fortress 2 and left 4 dead both of which look like they will be hugely popular online.

so basically I was the only one who is smart enough to understand his post? He meant to say he was lacking games.... Read the other posts in the same topic instead of acting like a noob.  

yea go with CS source. Ok graphics and lots of players mostly asian players tho :p And laggin is totally diffrent from lacking so obviously hard to anyone to understand what your tryin to say :P
