Which should i upgrade first, CPU or GPU?

I have a E4400 @ 2.00 and a X1950XT 256mb, which should i upgrade first? I have a feeling that it should be the E4400 but i'm not sure.

meh ur cpu's okay so no need to upgrade it at all. it may bottleneck the 8800's a bit but not much so dnt worry about tht jst upgrade GPU
