Th first one is better. 3 HDMI ports, a better contrast ratio and more little features. Take the first one!

I agree with d-suhiti. And as a bonus, the better one happens to be less expensive at the moment. If you've narrowed your choices down to these two televisions, definitely go for the 32LB9D.
