Ultimate on my desktop, but I don't use any of its features other than active directory. IIS is meh, so I stay away from it and just use Apache, but then again it would be silly making a desktop and a computer running Windows a web server.
Ultimate 64-bit. That's what was in the free party pack I got, anyway. I probably wouldn't have paid full price after being burned on Vista Ultimate already and settled for Professional since they eliminated the tradeoff that used to be there between Vista Home Premium and Business.
I ordered the Premium version during the pre-sale special for $50. I didn't think it was worth an extra $50 for the Pro version. And I installed the 32-bit version cuz some of the software I need to use are 32-bit.
My goodness, if any of those people paid full price for that ultimate version there are more suckers than i thought possible :D

only cots like $30 if you're a student :P Thats unfortunately only for Home Premium and/or Pro version though. I don't really see how that is an issue, does ultimate even offer anything of substance other than bit locker? Which can be done through third party software...

Subsystem for UNIX-based Applications, Virtual Hard Disk booting, more languages, and a few other things you probably wouldn't even notice outside of an enterprise environment. Still not a whole lot of incentive to go over Professional, really...
home premium 64 bit, I didn't even see the incentive to go pro TBH. sure I guess it would be nice to have xp mode but I would just be lying to myself thinking I would ever use it.
