Why can't I run COH:OP on max with my comp??

I've got a quadcore, 8800 gts, 3 gigs of ram. When I get into the game I always find theres some stuttering. I'm running on vista, is there some kind of missing quadcore support on vista? I updated my video card but it made little difference.

Any tricks?

I dont think its the AA I turned it off and its still slow. It isn't choppy just feels like my quadcores aren't working enough. Is there some kind of quadcore support patch out there?

Figured it out it was the Direct X 10, no wonder xp users say it runs so well, its because they dont have the dx 10

DX10 was tacked on and i am sure it's not that good.

DX10 is enough to make any machine look foolish, and if your on a high enough res then its taxing your video card much more than your cpu.
