Why do I keep getting BOD after installing a new GTX 260?

before i installed my new graphics card, i uninstalled my previous one (8500gt) and then once the card was installed, i downloaded the latest drivers etc.

and then when i played cod 4 the bod happened teice. the same with stalker. as for grid 3 times there was and error report etc.

so u guys know whats the problem?

download speedfan and check ur temperatures.

A few things you can do:

1.Uninstall drivers then reinstall them.

2.While playing a game check your temperatures.

3.Check if your power supply is enought for your setup.

1. i will try to do that later 2. i have and its about 60 degrees 3. my psu is enough its 800 watt with 80 amps total on 12v rail
