why hasnt rockstar released red dead redemption for the pc? and LA noire also ?

i read the reviews and watched all the gameplay videos of red dead and i am betting it will play and look better on the pc not to mention the sales boost that rockstar would get!!! so whats the reason its not been released for pc? i cant afford a new console so dont suggest that!!! also LA NOIRE also not listed as for a pc release whats going on with rockstar?????

Because they are primarily console developers? Besides Rockstar does half-assed ports anyway. If you want to play RDR then get a console.

Multiplats almost always perform better on the 360, and RDR was no different.

If someone was planning on buying a console just for multiplatform games that weren't available on PC, they would be wise to go with the 360.

i prefer the ps3 b/c it serves as a great blu-ray player and the online is free. but either one would be great to buy

That rumour was started on the 1st April 2011, anyone think why 1st April is "special" ? Yep it was an April fool's joke. As to why there is no RDR or LA Noire on the PC well Rockstar is primarily a console developer that doesn't have the skills or abilities to produce a competent PC product. The RDR series has never graced the PC (Red Dead Revolver was never on the PC) and the developer that made RDR is not known for bringing their games to the PC.

In short if you wish to play RDR or any of Rockstar's titles then you will have to do so on a console.

L.A. Noire will be come to PC in Q3 2011, as for the red dead redemption will never come. Except if the Windows 8 contain an XBox 360 emulator, but again there is not really a point because will play with the crappy xbox graphics and 30 fps.
