I was really hoping there would be this breath taking game with unimagineable technology that would make all game's look like garbage. But hey the guys only publish Flops!

This, the only reason this game was created was for Intel's CPU that can do graphics processing that would compete with GPUs and even beyond that, it all ended with a failure, they were naive to think they'd be able to pull it off (they were even making ironic jokes with some guys from Nvidia...). That's it, to show off, it's not about money. The game was tailored to their Larrabee GPU. That was cancelled, and it was decided it's not worth reworking the game and publishing it. Intel was basically stuck with a developer and a product that didn't fit their post-Larrabee strategy.
Baranga
bah intel should stick to their cpu's.. ever time theyve ever over reached this boundary it always.. always always backfires.. offset is simply another footnote of this.. skulltrail, knight ferry, larabee, and now offset..
you think im joking here or something.. look AT IT!!!!
Good for you, you totally shouldn't buy better hardware because a concept that failed in the end and never got released (because we had no proof there ever was an actual game, it was similar to Duke Nukem several years ago, give the folks some concept footage of certain features, some shots once every few years and one half polished extremly short concept video of how it'd look if it actually existed and they'll believe anything). They cancelled it because they are a bad company. They should have at least given the assets back to the original developers who started it before they went to Intel. But they didn't. And thats why I'm not going to buy Sandy Bridge.
hoola
