I just started the Companions questline, after making a new character, and at the part after Farkas turns Back into a human ( Dont want to spoil it for the few that dont know), he says "Eyes on the prey, not the Horizon". I thought this quote was kind of interesting. Anybody know where it came?

Just wondering, I had subtitles on, and the phrase was in quotes, so I was guessing they got it from somewhere and it served as an allusion.

interesting that it was in quotes, i never play with subtitles so i didnt know. I still think they made it up tho its prb just the companion motto or something.

Yeah the quote seemed eerily familiar to me, but then I remembered that was because of another quote from Company of Heroes, "eyes on the horizon as you move". So yeah your probably right its probably just their motto. Ahh well...

He has a point. I remember saving a super mutant in FO3. His name was Fawkes, and he was sealed in a cell no. 5. This is almost a direct reference to the V for Vendetta comics because V (the main protagonist) was some kind of a mutant (or crippled) himself and he too was living in a cell no. 5 and later in the story he wears a Guy Fawkes mask. I don't know about your case, but it just may be something.
