If you do, what adapter do you recommend? I have a Gigabyte PCI adapter and it is such a piece of crap, it's so slow speedtest.com can't even test the download speeds. And if you have any tips on how I might be able to make it run better, tell me.

I use this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833124280

Works great, I usually hit around 20mbps on speedtests, and my ping floats around 25.

I use a d-link DWA-520, nothin too fancy but works good and is reliable, play CODMW MP no probs. I wouldn't recommend a USB adaptor, they're fine for light use, however anything more and they overheat and have all sorts of issues.

I haven't had any problems with my cheap-o usb adapter, besides I doubt a PIC card would be any cooler sandwiched between my graphics cards :P

Do you mean wireless internet or just for LAN in your home?

I haven't had a single problem other than internet is just bad in australia.
