Will any socket 939 processor work with any socket 939 Motherboard?

Yeah, socket 939 processors are categorized as 939 for a reason. ;)

One thing you do have to watch out for.....

If it a dual-core CPU (939) you have to have a motherboard that supports dual-core(939) Processor

or else your just wasting your money.
