Will Games for windows-live let me use my xbox live gamertag?

I have GTA4 on pc and it says 'games for windows-live'. Can I use my Xbox 360 live gamertag in the game? and are there any achievements in gta4 that would help me increase my gamerscore or are there any other games which have this facility?

Yes, you can use your 360 tag and it will add points from the PC version of gta4 to 360 gamertag.
