Will I be able to run BF3 at high settings?

With my monitor's native res of 1440 x 900? My rig was only designed for light gaming.

AMD Phenom II X4 B55 3.25ghz
4gb of DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon 6670 1gb
Windows 7

GPU is quite weak.

To give a reference, I play BF3 at 1080p, mainly medium settings but with max FXAA and AF.

I get over 30fps 99% of the time.

But my card is twice the speed of yours. The res will make a big difference, so you can probably do medium/low ok
