will i have a problem with this heatsink?

what i mean is if i get this heatsink

and pair it up with this motherboard

am i goingg to have a problem with it blocking the memory slots it looks like the memory slots are alittle close to the cpu socket and i wanted to use all 4 of the slots

Doesn't look like you should, you you really only need two DIMMS of 4GB total anyways which should be able to be put in the DIMM slots furthest away from the CPU.

Looks like a tight squeeze but I think the heatsink is sitting up high enough, I would install the ram first then install the heatsink. There should be enough room...

Hi Looks like you might be OK. Seems like the mounting for Intel

boards will have the fan exhausting out the back of the case.

AMD usually mounts so the fan exhausts out the top of the case.

If you have really tall ram or the type with a large heatsink on

top,that might be an issue. Try doing a search of this cooler over

at YouTube and maybe you will see some closeups of a motherboard

with the heatsink installed.

thanks just watched a video of a CNPS9700 being installed and it has the same dimensions of the CNPS9900 the thing is massive lol but it looks like itll fit
