Hey whats up, Im am about to make a system recovery and was wondering if I put files that I want to keep on the second hard drive will it be erased ?

If you are reinstalling windows it will only effect the Hard Drive that you are putting windows on. However if you have any programs installed you will need to reinstall them in order for them to work. But yes your files will be perfectly fine.

Im doing a full recovery from a factory image is it the same thing ?

Yea it is, be sure all your files are on the 2nd hard drive and you'll be fine. Yes you will have to reinstall all programs though.
