Hey all, some of my core components are an EVGA 8800GTS 320 mb, and a q6600 processor, as well as two gigs of ram.

My current power supply is a thermaltake 500w, will I possibly need more than that? Also, will I need something better than the stock fan that comes with it? Let me be clear that I don't intend to overclock any of them at all, nor do anything that I think would melt the computer. I've used stock fans with my previous computers, but having a quad-core just makes me a little worried, surely intel wouldn't pack a fan with it if it was insufficient.

Anyways, you guys think I need a bigger power supply or maybe another cooler?

That PSU should be fine, and so should the stock fan. It wont be the quietest or the best cooler but it does the job! :)
