You could run it on medium pretty well i would guess. All of the older source content without all the additions that have been made to the engine ( since HL 2 came out ) would run really well but the newer stuff might not.

Im too lazy to google that card and its old enough i dont remember what specs it has. SE usually = Suck edition though.
