I'd say medium. Maybe low if you want it really smooth.
EDIT: Not trying to be a d!ck here but there is a thread for this kind of stuff.
This guy runs BF3 at Ultra with a higher res and almost the same specs as me (except the CPU, which is of a lower speed). I don't mind running the game at medium, but there's no way I could squeeze high?

The multiplayer? No.
The single player? Well, the SP is considerably less demanding than the MP, but i still doubt it.

I have a 6670, and it plays games nicely man.
But for Battlefield 3 I think it's safe to say you can get Medium at Best. Though the 6670 can play Bad Company 2 at High 1080p.

Though it should be fine at 1024x768 at lowest. I play all my mp fps games at 1024x768, feels better imo. (I am not crazy)
