Ummm whats the video card. You need at least 1GB ram, a 3GHZ cpu and a geforce 6800 and higher to enjoy the game on high settings.

I run it w/ a athlon 3200 (~2.2ghz), 1gig ram and radeon x1650. I had it at medium settings and it ran fine 'till big castle battles. I turn it to low settings and it runs good. I think my CPU is just too slow. I don't know what your video card is but probably just have to upgrade that and another 512mb ram would be good.

Try the demo-but even my low end rig with with the 6200 and 1 Gb still ran awfully slow in the larger battles.Give the the original Medieval a try or Rome.
