It'll run, just not well. Also that 54mbps tells me you're probably using a wireless connection which is never a good thing for games.

Upgrade to a real graphics card and not integrated graphics. Getting better wired internet would also help.

you wont run halo 2 with that, get a new computer with a dual core proc. and 2 gig ram, and a newer nvidia card, not intergrated

You have to buy card like GeForce 7600/7900 or Radeon 1900GT/1950 Pro. Buying more expensive card - is not smart i think, because your cpu not fastest.. The best choise for CSS in your situation - Geforce 7600GT.

Yeah it wouldnt run well at all, people usually think because its an older game that it runs easily, but CS Source maxed with HDR still requires a pretty nice computer.

lol , when i first built my computer, and i didnt have my g-card yet, i had to use intergrated graphics :P It actually played fine, cept i think one of the settings was on medium , cause when i put it on high it would make a glitch... and AA might have been off, cause for some reason when i select 6xAA , its off, but lower settings are on..

but ya, intergrated worked for me at least, lol.  I think its 64MB Geforce 6100 intergrated, but my RAM (which wasnt alot when i first built the pc) shared with it , and for some reason said i had 256MB RAM on it, when it can only share up to 128MB, so idk what was going on :P

Any new computer these days can play that game even with integrated graphics.
