The minimum videocard requirements are:

* NVIDIA 6800 or ATI X1600

I have:

* ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro

Can I run this game and can I run it smoothly? I'm going to set all details on low by the way. I just want 25-40 fps with no lag.

Well, your 2600 is certainly better than x1600.

If you have a good processor, maybe medium. You should buy a 9800gt from nvidia, dirt cheap and pure speed.
