Hey everyone I need some help in finding out if my computer will support the new Diablo coming out. I have a 5th generation MAC. Currently My specs are: OS X: 10.5.8 Memory: 1GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM Processor: 2.1 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Graphics: GMA X3100 I know i am below some of the system requirements and that is the reason I bought: 4GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM memory module I will be updating my 10.5.8 to the most current OS X Lion in the next couple days. Will my 4GB memory module upgrade and upgrade to Lion be enough to play D3?

That Intel card will probably blow chunks even under Lion which they have totally reworked how OpenGL interacts with their GPU's.

I dont think ur GPU is even on the supported list, and even if it is, I dont think you can play it, my best reccomendation for you would be to buy a new laptop anyway, cuz with the new apple OS there will not be any support for ur CPU anymore, there are many windows laptops with APU's and are decently priced, the people on this forum would help you chose one, although if you are insistant on a apple computer, thats totally up to you... good luck with whatever you chose:D

No problems on the CPU and Ram (assuming you're willing to add a gb more to make it to 2gb ).X3100 supports dx 10,so definitely can support diablo III but may never render in a playable way.Check out the demo before making any purchasing decisions in these conditions.
