If I remember correctly, it will.

Although, I think it's recommended that you have at least a 325-350W PSU, so just make sure that you have a good one and that you don't have too many peripherals drawing extra power.

yes it should run it, depending on what else you have e.g. monitor, amount of HDD's CPU etc.

Well, it's specs call for a 350w psu but there is some flexability if your system is not maxed out. Under full load like trying to burn disks and if you got a bunch of other stuff running like fans and lights it might max out. Just don't run too many things at once. You also need to make sure your PSU has a 6-pin PCI-e power cable. Most sub-400w PSUs don't have PCI-e power cables because they are not rated to handle GPUs that require their own power cable and are not just powered off the PCI-e slot. Places like cooldrives.com sell 4-pin molex to 6-pin PCI-e adapters if you need one. Getting a new PSU is never a bad investment. I recently upgraded to the Antec NeoHE 550w psu and I love it. It's compatible with almost any MOBO setup and uses modular cables for most of it's cables so you only plug in the cables you need freeing up space in your case and allows you to add more later if you need. It's going for $92 on amazon.com right now.
