I would like to know if this rig would run TW2 at any playable rate:

Intel core i3 @ 3.06 ghz

8GB ram (I know its too much but whatever)

Somekind of ATI graphics card with 1GB VRAM (About to find out which one soon)

Windows 7.

I mainly want to know if the processor is good enough.

Thnx

Everything seems fine....except that the most important aspect is missing. The GPU.

CPU, fine. Memory, fine. GPU..um, cmon let us know.

A 1GB VRAM GPU means nothing at this point. It could be anything. Run DXDIAG and let us know what you have

i played witcher 2 with my 4650 which is a low end card with medium low settings and an athlon ll x2.And guess what!!it actually ran the game pretty fine without much lag.so as long as your gpu is twice as good as 4650 you can play the game at high maybe without uber sampling.

If you have the i3 2100, the integrated graphics can probably run it on low.

Which i3 is it? Old i3 or new sandy bridge i3?

And we need to know the GPU, that's the most important part.
