heres the specs

Intel Core2 Duo E8500 3.16Ghz

2GB DDR2 memory

Geforce 7300 GT 256MB PCI-E Graphics card

500GB HDD

i have not got this yet as it is a christmas present

IMHO if you're on a budget you should look at video cards like ATIs HD4830. If you can spring some extra cash get something along the lines of a 4870 or Nvdias GTX 260.

7300 and 9500 aren't very good.

Get either a 9600gt, 8800gt, 9800gt or 4850

i used a 7300gt but i used a 512mb version I managed to play crysis at decent fame rates after making a few settings in the nvidia control panel(i changed the setting to optimum performance it will help play a few more game) i haven't played GTA IV on that card coz it got some kind of a problem
