Yes, it should run it very well at high settings. I used to have the exact same rig for a while until I had to get a 5770.

Why did you HAVE to get a 5770 lol? I guess 5xxx series are pretty cool. Is the 5770 a lot better than the 4850?

No that'll never do... Why are you even asking? I think you know the answer.

He's made 3 threads already asking if his PC has good specs, I guess he's just trying to show off.

HAVE to? Because my 4850 died. :P The difference is noticeable enough for me (about 10-15 fps higher in most games) and I'm not one to pay a high premium for the top-of-the-line cards (college student). It also uses less power and runs MUCH cooler than my 4850 did, so all in all I'd say it's been a pretty sound investment. In the future, I'm hoping to get another one for Crossfire when the price drops.

Get overclocking that processor, get your monies worth :D

GTA IV is broken, it won't run great on any rig, it will run, you will have to put up with the crappy engine and the little niggles, but yes, it will run.

Someone who has a Core i7-920 and isn't overclocking it obviously isn't showing off. He's probably bought the computer pre-built, he's not really computer savvy so it's more than likely that he's not sure what games will run well on it.
