Your processor is very weak. An AMD X2 (like kbubba suggested) is what you need to aim for. Or a Core 2 Duo.

The processor is a budget line CPU, has lower L2 cache and less optimisations. It could bottleneck the GPU. Semprons are more designed for basic Office/Internet applications. Avoid them if you want good performance, especially for games. Recommended powersupply brands: Antec, PCP&C, Enermax, OCZ, Seasonic and it's spec'd Corsair powersupplies, Zippy Focus on one with 500W or more, so you can still have room to upgrade a bit later on.

You know.... don't even get that rig. Wait for Intel's Pentium E to come, they're basically dirt cheap. Under $90 to be exact. Couple it up with a cheap Biostar 965PT-Force mobo(again less than $100), you've got yourself a somewhat ok rig, atleast good enough to play games at low-med settings on 1024x768 or so. If you're going to go for something so budget, you may as well go for Celeron D instead.

Plus the socket on your mobo and processor do not match so you need a new processor any how.
