You should be good to go man. I'm actually getting the same graphics card for my build but I'm getting an 800 watt psu because I eventually want to run 2.
thank you, also, i would like to know, i have vista 32-bit, and would like to get 4 GB of ram, but is it true that this just makes your computer worse? i heard 32-bit cannot handle 4 GB, is this true?? plz tell me its not!!!

That's fine... 32-bit can only address 4gb total of ram, including the Vram on your GPU.. So you will still have 3gb useable. It won't cause any problems
32bit operating systems can theoritically handle only 4gb( 2 to the power of 32=4056mb) of ram vista 32bit for some reason which only microsoft knows can only address 3gb ( still 3gb is more than enough for games and should be for the next 2-3 years ). Also that power supply is very good and comes from a trusted brand so no problems there ( actually the gtx260 will be ok even on a 500w psu considering is a good brand psu like thermaltake, ocz or coolermaster )thank you, also, i would like to know, i have vista 32-bit, and would like to get 4 GB of ram, but is it true that this just makes your computer worse? i heard 32-bit cannot handle 4 GB, is this true?? plz tell me its not!!!

yes its kinda overkill 2kemar7856
I have to disagree with it being overkill, On my builds i always use a psu with +10% peak power usage, gives you a little more security and stability incase your fans are on auto and your system heat up to a point when all cpu, case, and vc fans are running
