No it doesnt have a PCI-e connector, they make that little converter that you may get with the card, that turns the PCI-e power receptical into a two molex connector, but ive had bad experiences with that.

Would about cut it, the amps on the 12v rails aren't exactly strong and also this isn't a natural true power PSU as well.

I wouldn't get it due to the shoddy efficiency. There are PLENTY of better PSUs with better specs for similar prices, look around.
