Will This Run Crysis?

I'm getting a laptop in April, and I've pretty much settled on the fact that if it can run crysis on its "recommended" settings, then I'm happy.

This was a laptop I was looking at

Processor : Processor Type * - Core™2 Duo

Display Resolution *: 1440x900 Graphics Chipset *: GeForce® Go 7900 GS

Graphics Memory *: 256MB GDDR3

Hard Drive Size *: 200GB Hard Drive Speed : 4200rpm

Optical Drive *: DVD-SuperMulti drive (+/-R double layer)

Wireless LAN *: Intel® PRO/Wireless 3945ABG (802.11a/b/g)

And here are the recommended Crysis reqirements

CPU: Dual-core CPU (Athlon X2/Pentium D)
Graphics: Nvidia 7600 or ATI X1600 Pro (SM 3.0) or DX10 equivalent
RAM: 1.5GB+
HDD: 6GB
Internet: 512k+ (128k+ upstream)
Optical Drive: DVD
Software: DX9.0c with Windows XP

I'm not very adept at computer lingo, so i was hoping you could tell me if the laptop can run it

If you run the game with DX 10 it will work ok with medium settings but since the laptop has a 7900gs you will have to use the new DX 9l which will give you better performance due to its lower rendering quality. micropact
