your processor is bottlenecking the graphics card, if you upgrade your processor say to a e5200(if your motherboad can use a c2d) then it will run those games on high

not as bad but you will still have around 20% of your graphics cards power left out

Should max out BF2 no prob, COD4 on the other hand should run pretty well since it isn't that demanding on hardware. Although most likely not at max settings.

Agreed, for me its the other way around, my video card (8600 GTS 256mb) is bottlenecking my Core 2 Extereme QX6700.

I had a E4400 before the C2E and i saw no difference in FPS, thats when i remembered how crappy my video card is, so i my try and get a 8800 GTS G92 512mb.:)
