Any good programs that scan files for virus's for ubuntu?

Yeah title is a little misleading and funny... draws people in to answer my question ;) But the explanation is solid.

A windows virus can't be executed in Linux.

Although, you could download the file then open with windows.

A virus meant for Windows? I'd say no if the virus' intended OS is Windows. There is the extremely remote possibility that someone out there has engineered a very specific virus that targets a NTFS/Windows partition from your ext3 partition where Ubuntu is installed but it seems very convoluted for someone to do that - if you could get access to the Windows partition on an Ubuntu machine, wouldn't you rather mess up the Ubuntu OS?
