Last week I got the BSOD but my computer restarted emediately. Yeserday I got the BSOD again, I do not remember what the reason was. Afterwards I was trying to figure out what happened, but my computer froze and had to be restarted. I restarted it and retried to update and stuff. It froze again, but this time it happened a lot sooner than before. I then decided to do a system restore and my computer froze in the process. I restarted again and it worked for a little bit then froze again. Now my computer wont boot at all. It tries to run startup repair, but it says 'Windows cannot repair this computer automatically'. I looked at the problem details and this is what I get.

Problem Event Name: StartupRepair Offline

Problem Signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385

Problem Signature 02: Same as above.

Problem Signature 03: unkown

Problem Signature 04: 21200719

Problem Signature 05: AutoFailover

Problem Signature 06: 7

Problem Signature 07: NoRootCause

OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1

Local ID: 1033

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the boot manager is corrupted. Usually when that happends it says the OS is missing.

You should also try using a free anti virus to check for viruses

if it not a virus...

You should start looking in your case for fans that are not spinning or popped capacitors. If you smell something burning you should start eliminating factors, disconnect all drives except the boot drive, go down to one stick of RAM, use integrated display if you have it, or just borrow a graphics card from your friend, and then see what is causing the BSOD by putting something back into your computer and turning it on. Good Luck

check if your CPU and graphics card fans are working also what you mean it wont boot at all since you say it tries to startup repair If it wont boot at all most likely cause is the power supply going kaboom ( happens with non branded low quality PSU's ) If it boots and you try repair and wont work neither a restore neither reinstalling windows will work then most likely its a failing hard drive

It boots and tries to repair right away. It says that it cannot repair automatically. It suggests system restore, but that doesn't work. Then it just restarts or shuts down. So you are thinking a failed hard drive?

Try booting up using your windows cd, boot up the cd and click Repair, open the command prompt and enter "fixboot" this will write a brand new boot partition instead of trying to repair it(if this is what you what you mean by "It boot and tries to repair"). Hopefully this will work but as always no guarantees.

Have you made any recent hardware or BIOS changes? If so, reset the CMOS.

Unlikely that you would have missed it, but check all fans are working inside. If a fan isn't running then something could be overheating very quickly after boot up, thus causing the crashes.

Remove the circular battery on the mobo for a few seconds, replace it. OR you might have a jumper that will do it for you. Consult the documentation for your board.
