I like Vista's Windows Game Explorer but the main problem with it is that you can't add boxart, discriptions, ratings, or anything like that to a game that doesn't supports it like Devil May Cry 3, Sonic games, or Rayman. Are there any programs that can do this? Because I can't find any.

Sometimes it takes a whiles for Game Explorer to load the box-art.  If I can get Diablo 1 to show up on Game Explorer, I think that pretty much any Windows 95+ game will load up.  Now, the only games I've been able to see the benchmarks for are the ones that are GfW enabled.
