Yes I could of probably googled this, but I didn't know how to word it properly so it was short enough for google.
Basically I have an internet stick 'til I can get a landline and such. Windows downloaded an update, but when I turned my computer on this morning it did the 'Windows Con figuring update' then failed after 5 or so minutes of staying on 0%. I'm fairly sure you need internet for that, anyway you can do it without it?

Im pretty sure if the download was completed that an internet connection is not needed for the installation. But who the hell knows.

Glad I could help ;)

Hm...I too got the same. After estarting, it was at 0% for a few time but then, it starting moving again. Does it appear everytime you open your PC after downloading the update? If not, try doing it again. And for me, Internet was not needed for installing the updates. Do you have windows 7?

Eh, I think the original download was corrupted, I downloaded them again and restarted and it went fine. Cheers for the responses. :)
